The Pittsburgh Technology Council (PTC) announced that Dave Passavant, CEO of numo LLC, has been elected to its Board of Directors and Dione Graswick, Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, has been appointed to its Executive Committee.

As CEO of numo, Passavant is leading the fast-growing corporate-backed financial technology incubator in Pittsburgh. Passavant was previously Head of Innovation at PNC Bank and Sr. Director of Consumer Innovation at UPMC. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University – Tepper School of Business with a MBA and Washington and Lee University with a BA of Computer Science/Business Administration.

“We are excited to add Dave to our Board of Directors,” said PTC President and CEO Audrey Russo. “We continually shape our board to ensure that it reflects the composition of the Pittsburgh region’s technology ecosystem. His experience and perspective scaling a fin-tech start-up company, along with his deep roots in our industry, will help the PTC better serve its membership.”

Graswick is an Assurance Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Pittsburgh. She has more than 25 years of experience primarily serving publicly-held, multinational clients in the industrial and consumer products sectors. Graswick is a graduate of La Roche College with a BS in Accounting. Graswick has been a Board Member of the PTC for more than eight years and will now lead the board’s Audit Committee.

“Dione has been a stalwart board member of the PTC for nearly a decade,” said PTC Board Chairman Jason Wolfe, who is also CEO of Wolfe LLC. “Her experience and understanding of the PTC, its operations and the tech industry make her a perfect fit to join the Executive Committee.
