We’ve really expanded from those early days into what we are now: full-service technology partner for some really awesome events.” ShowClix is dedicated to its clients’ success, so it goes above and beyond just ticketing. Through features like its Marketing Dashboard, which allows users to market their events right from the ShowClix system, and Agent, which allows users to automate specific marketing and ticketing tasks, ShowClix offers essential tools to help its clients better understand their customers and sell more tickets. “With our Segments tool, you’re able to create specific customer lists for upcoming marketing campaigns,” Mrazek said, “whether it’s based on location, spending habits, purchase history, whatever. You learn valuable information about your customers you might not have had otherwise, and you can use that information to remarket to your custom audiences later.” ShowClix partners with iconic brands like New York Comic Con, The Daily Show and MoMA, as well as a ton of local Pittsburgh events, like [caption id="attachment_2597" align="alignright" width="295"]ShowClix ShowClix powers ticketing to such notable clients as New York Comic Con, The Daily Show and the MoMA.[/caption] Steel City Con, Arcade Comedy Theater, the Delta Foundation, Kentuck Knob and The Mattress Factory. Located on Smithfield Street in Downtown Pittsburgh, ShowClix has not only homed in on analytics and data, but the company has also managed to remain human. “Our clients are our top priority,” Mrazek said, “which is why we provide on-site assistance, dedicated client service representatives and expert marketing support that is personalized to each individual client." As a result, ShowClix has been able to expand its presence across the country. “I’ve been here for four years now,” Mrazek said, “and I think there were about 35 employees when I started. Now, we’re up to about 70 employees. We have people in other cities. We have people in California, Colorado and New York. It’s been really cool to watch us grow. We never sit still. We’re always out developing something new.” Story by Chris Hayes
